Darin Burkenpas
Darin leads Incede's client services organization, owning end-to-end delivery from Discovery through production — including today's watsonx Orchestrate and agentic AI engagements. A former IBM business unit executive and long-tenured VP of Client Services, he has run IBM-powered enterprise engagements for customers including Boeing, Alaska Airlines, Perkins Coie, and Daimler Trucks. Darin partners with enterprise stakeholders and IBM account teams to ship governed, in-production workflows.
Matt Hosman
Matt brings the inside view of how IBM sellers and customers actually buy. Certified on IBM watsonx Orchestrate and active in the IBM co-sell motion. A former IBM seller, he drove Predictive Analytics into enterprise accounts as the trusted-advisor voice on the deal — including one where, per a peer recommendation, the customer paid list price. His broader enterprise experience spans FanDuel, BetMGM, DraftKings, Caesars, Patagonia, NETGEAR, and Bosch. At Incede.ai, Matt runs client services.
