Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

We believe enterprise software should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology in use. We design, build, and test incede.ai with accessibility in mind from the start — not as an afterthought.

2. Measures we take

• Accessibility considered in design, code review, and QA for new features
• Semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, visible focus states, and keyboard navigation across all interactive elements
• Color contrast tested against WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds
• Respect for system-level user preferences such as prefers-reduced-motion
• Regular audits using both automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manual screen-reader testing (VoiceOver, NVDA)

3. Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

incede.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not fully meet the accessibility standard while we address known issues. We will update this statement as our conformance improves.

4. Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• Some embedded third-party content (analytics pixels, video embeds, social widgets) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA; we work with vendors to improve where possible
• Older content may not yet have been audited under the latest guidelines
