• Information you provide. When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, subscribe to our newsletter, or communicate with us, you may share your name, business email, company, role, phone number, and the contents of your message.
• Automatically collected. Our servers and analytics tooling log basic technical information when you visit our site — IP address, browser type, device, referrer, pages viewed, and timestamps.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
• To send you newsletters and event invitations (only if you opt in)
• To deliver, secure, and improve our website and engagement services

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@incede.ai. We will verify your identity before completing the request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information in the sense defined by the CCPA.

EU / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR). Where we process your personal data, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

Incede.ai is headquartered in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
