Principal Agentic AI Architect — watsonx
Own reference architectures for multi-agent systems on watsonx Orchestrate, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data. Design for tool use, retrieval grounding, MCP integrations, human-in-the-loop, and enterprise SSO — across regulated industries.
Forward Deployed Engineer — Agentic AI
Embed with enterprise customers from discovery to production cut-over. Own the agent end-to-end: prompts, tools, evals, integrations, hardening. Ship every two weeks, in-customer environments.
Agentic AI Delivery Lead
Run multi-agent delivery engagements end-to-end. Scope, plan, staff, and steer — with hands deep enough in watsonx to debug a misbehaving agent at 5pm on a Friday.
Agent Ops Engineer (AgentOps / LLMOps)
Own the CI/CD, prompt and tool versioning, deployment promotion, and incident response for live agents. Treat agents like services — versioned, observable, rollback-safe.
AI Governance & Trust Engineer
Operationalize watsonx.governance for customer deployments — policy, lineage, model and agent risk, audit trails, evidence packs. Background in FSI, healthcare, or public sector strongly preferred.
